Custom Natural Fabric Orders

Custom-made curtains tailored to your specific measurements are generally not returnable unless:

  • There is a manufacturing defect in the natural fabric
  • The order was incorrectly processed by our team
  • The organic cotton, linen, or hemp material does not match what was ordered

Refund Information

  • Refund Processing: 5-7 business days after approval
  • Credit Card Refunds: May take 1-2 additional billing cycles to appear

Refund Amounts

Full Refund: Product price for approved returns in perfect condition

Partial Refund: May apply if curtains show signs of use or minor damage

Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless return is due to our error

Exchanges

We're happy to exchange your natural fabric curtains for:

  • Different fabric type (organic cotton to linen, hemp to cotton, etc.)
  • Different color or pattern in the same fabric
  • Different size (subject to availability and potential price adjustment)

Exchange Process: Follow the same return process above, but specify you want an exchange. We'll send your new natural fabric curtains once we receive and approve the returned items.

Warranty Coverage

Natural Fabric Quality Warranty

We provide a 2-year warranty on the natural fabric quality of our curtains, covering:

  • Fabric tears or holes that develop under normal use
  • Color fading beyond normal expectations for natural materials
  • Seam failures or construction defects
  • Hardware failures (rods, rings, grommets)

Not Covered by Warranty

  • Damage from improper care or cleaning
  • Normal wear and aging of natural fabrics
  • Damage from pets, accidents, or misuse
  • Alterations made by third parties
  • Exposure to excessive heat, chemicals, or sunlight

Installation Services

For curtains with professional installation:

  • Installation service is guaranteed for 30 days
  • We'll return to adjust or fix any installation issues at no charge
  • If you're not satisfied with the installation, we'll remove and refund the service fee
  • Natural fabric curtain products remain subject to standard return policy

Non-Returnable Items

For health and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns of:

  • Curtains that have been washed or dry cleaned
  • Items showing signs of installation (nail holes, hardware marks)
  • Natural fabric curtains exposed to smoke or strong odors
  • Items returned after the 30-day return window
  • Curtains without original packaging or labels
